There’s a lot of changes one makes has to make to really become comfortable with themselves, truly. At a young age I didn’t realize people will try and stop you from being you. The older I got the more drawn in I became. I started to see myself as an outsider and I actually liked it that way.

When I turned 23 I found my voice! Ever since then I have been on this journey of self discovery and acceptance. The Airika Nicole you see before you is the result of all of that hard work. Working on yourself is a lot harder than it sounds. I’m still a work in progress but I am so proud of all that I have done and look forward to my next step.

I want to encourage everybody to really truly believe in themselves. Take your goals by the horn and turn them into reality! You can do it! I believe in you! No matter how hard something gets, keep moving forward.
